Overnight oats with fruit

Ingredients
2 persons
50g oatmeal |
200ml semi-skimmed milk (or soy/almond/oat) |
150g fruit e.g. strawberries |
peach |
mango |
(frozen) berries or raspberries |
100ml semi-skimmed yoghurt or milk |
small handful of nuts e.g. walnuts or pecans |
Preparation
This is how to make overnight oats :
- Put the oats in a bowl and stir in the (soy/almond/ oat) milk. Cover the bowl and leave the oats in the fridge overnight.
- Clean the fruit and cut it smaller.
- Thin the porridge with the yoghurt or the rest of the milk.
- Divide it between 2 bowls and spoon the fruit on top.
- Break the nuts into pieces and sprinkle them on top.
