washed |
260g blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
650ml semi-skimmed milk |
120g Greek yoghurt 0.0% fat |
Possibly water to dilute the smoothie |
Preparation
What to do with leftovers? This smoothie is refreshing, full of flavour and you make it in no time!
1. Put all ingredients in the blender.
2. Run the blender for a minute or two to get a nice smooth texture. Serve the smoothie immediately. You can also freeze some of it or store it in the fridge. Seal your smoothie airtight and drink it within 2 days.
