180gr vegetables p.p. & 15gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients

15 Kalettes® washed |
½ cucumber |
2 tablespoons parsley |
½ lemon peeled |
½ avocado pitted and peeled |
230 ml semi-skimmed milk |
6 ice cubes |
Preparation
Start your day with a super boost! Combine the best of two leafy vegetables in your smoothie.
1. Put all ingredients in the blender. If you do not have such a strong blender, it is wise to make the ice into smaller chunks. Place the ice cubes in a tea towel and, using a rolling pin/kitchen mallet, gently beat the cubes into chunks. Add these before blending!
2. Run the blender for about a minute or two to create a nice even green texture. Serve the smoothie immediately. And if you have made a lot, you can also freeze some or store it in the fridge. Close your smoothie airtight and drink it within 2 days. That way, the vitamins will still be at their best.
