Peach smoothie

275gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 fresh peaches |
2 grapefruits |
1/2 tablespoon of lime juice |
Preparation
1. Peel the peaches, halve them, remove the stone and cut them into pieces.
2. Peel the grapefruits. Cut the flesh into pieces.
3. Put the peach and grapefruit in a container in the freezer for about 1 hour.
4. Put the peach and grapefruit pieces in a blender. Pour in the lime juice and puree until you get a milkshake consistency.
5. Pour the smoothie into 2 nice glasses. Garnish with a small piece of lime and serve immediately. Enjoy!
