Ingredients
100 g raspberries |
100 g strawberries |
3 yellow kiwis |
240 g muesli |
400 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
Optional: a few drops of vanilla extract (to taste) |
Preparation
- Wash and dry the red fruits. Peel and dice the yellow kiwis.
- Mix the yoghurt with the vanilla extract (if using).
- In 4 bowls, make several layers with the muesli, fruit and yoghurt. Alternate the colours.
