Ingredients

100 g raspberries
100 g strawberries
3 yellow kiwis
240 g muesli
400 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt
Optional: a few drops of vanilla extract (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the red fruits. Peel and dice the yellow kiwis.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the vanilla extract (if using).
  3. In 4 bowls, make several layers with the muesli, fruit and yoghurt. Alternate the colours.
