Banana pancake with fresh fruit

Ingredients
2 eggs |
1 large ripe banana |
1/2 lemon juice and zest |
100 g blueberries |
100 ml low-fat yoghurt |
1/2 tsp olive oil |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
Preparation
1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl and mix in the eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and stir in the lemon juice and zest, put this in the fridge until the pancakes are ready.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the banana pancakes (4 in total) in it until golden brown.
4. Divide the pancakes among the plates and serve with the lemon yoghurt and the
blueberries!
