Brussels sprouts with apples and sultanas

200gr vegetables p.p. & 35gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 tablespoon sultanas |
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
| 1 small apple |
| 400 grams sprouts |
| ½ tablespoon liquid margarine |
Preparation
1. Clean the Brussels sprouts.
2. Boil the Brussels sprouts in little water for 10-15 minutes until tender.
3. Wash the sultanas.
4. Peel and dice the apple.
5. Heat the margarine and fry the diced apple and sultanas for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
6. Drain the Brussels sprouts and mix them into the apple mixture.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried chicken breast and potatoes.
