Brussels sprouts a la polonaise

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 clove of garlic |
1 slice of (old) brown bread |
1 tablespoon of liquid margarine |
6 sprigs of parsley |
1 egg |
400 grams of Brussels sprouts |
Preparation
1. Boil the egg hard for 9 minutes and let it cool.
2. Toast the bread until golden brown and crumble it.
3. Clean the parsley and garlic. Roughly chop the parsley and finely chop the garlic clove.
4. Heat the margarine and fry the breadcrumbs with the parsley and garlic in it until golden brown.
5. Peel and finely chop the egg.
6. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts.
7. Cook the sprouts in a little water for about 5 minutes.
8. Spoon the mixture through the sprouts.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with cashew nuts and potatoes.
