Spicy Brussels sprouts

230gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon coriander seeds |
½ dl vegetable stock with less salt |
1 small onion |
400 grams sprouts |
1 tablespoon chilli sauce |
Preparation
1. Clean the sprouts and onion. Chop the onion small.
2. Fry the onion in the oil until translucent.
3. Briefly fry the coriander seeds.
4. Add the Brussels sprouts and the stock and cook for about 8 minutes.
5. Season the vegetables with some chilli sauce.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with pecans and potatoes.
