Caramelised turnip

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 tablespoon honey |
500g turnip |
1 tablespoon oil |
Preparation
1. Slice and peel the turnip. Cut the turnip into strips.
2. Cook the turnip in little water for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain the vegetables.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or frying pan and add the swede.
4. Mix in the honey and mustard and stir-fry the vegetables until everything is well mixed and the honey colours.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a ham steak and potatoes.
