Carrot salad

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 press orange |
400g carrots |
2 tablespoons sultanas |
Preparation
1. Squeeze the orange.
2. Wash the sultanas and soak them in the orange juice for ½ hour.
3. Pour the sultanas into a sieve and collect the liquid.
4. Scrape the carrots with a peeler and wash them. Coarsely grate the carrots.
5. Mix the sultanas with the orange juice into the grated carrots.
