Freshly stewed carrots

200gr vegetables p.p. & 60gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 apple (not goldenrain) |
400 grams of carrots |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
Preparation
1. Scrape the carrots and halve the thick pieces.
2. Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
3. Put the carrots with the diced apple and the margarine in a pan and put a tight-fitting lid on top.
4. Stew the carrots on a low heat for about 15 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried hazelnuts and potatoes.
