Carrot salad with orange and coriander

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 teaspoon vinegar |
| pinch of cinnamon |
| 400g carrots |
| 1 press orange |
| 1 teaspoon honey |
| 2 teaspoons coriander seeds |
Preparation
1. Squeeze the orange.
2. Make a dressing from the orange juice, vinegar, honey, coriander seed and cinnamon.
3. Clean and coarsely grate the carrots. Mix the dressing into the carrots.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with vegetarian stir-fry cubes and mashed potatoes.
