Carrot with celeriac

290gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
200g celeriac |
vinegar |
sugar |
1 winter carrot (approx. 375g) |
Preparation
1. Peel the piece of celeriac and cut it into sticks.
2. Scrape the carrot and cut it into slices.
3. Cook the vegetables together in little water until tender.
4. Season the vegetables with some margarine, a few drops of vinegar and some sugar.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with stir-fried vegetarian strips with mushrooms and potatoes.
