Celery salad with sesame

225gr vegetables p.p. & 70gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
± 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon tahini without salt (sesame paste |
health food shop) |
½ shrub of celery |
1 green apple |
Preparation
1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
2. Clean the celery and cut the stalks into narrow curves.
3. Wash the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core.
4. Cut or shave the apple segments into narrow slices.
5. Dilute the tahini with 1 tablespoon of water and make a dressing with the lemon juice and some pepper.
6. Mix the dressing through the celery and apple and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
7. If necessary, boil the curves of celery for 1 minute and let them cool in a colander.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with vegetarian strips and mashed potatoes.
