Celery salad with orange

225gr vegetables p.p. & 130gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon of lemon juice |
6 sprigs of chives |
2 oranges |
½ shrub of celery |
5 black olives without seeds |
3 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt |
Preparation
1. Clean the celery and cut the stalks into narrow curves.
2. Peel the oranges thickly and cut the flesh into cubes. Collect the juice.
3. Make a dressing from the orange juice with the lemon juice, yoghurt and some pepper.
4. Wash the chives.
5. Slice the olives.
6. Mix everything together and cut the chives on top.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with vegetarian stir-fry strips and potatoes.
