Celery salad with figs

225gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 tablespoon vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon salad sauce |
| 25% oil |
| 2 tablespoons semi-skimmed yoghurt |
| ½ press orange |
| ½ shrub of celery |
| 4 dried figs |
Preparation
1. Clean the celery and cut the stalks into narrow strips.
2. Cut the dried figs into narrow strips.
3. Squeeze the orange.
4. Make a sauce from the lettuce sauce, yoghurt, orange juice, vinegar and some pepper.
5. Mix everything together.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with walnuts and potatoes from the oven.
