Chicken with green vegetables

310gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 tablespoons of liquid margarine |
piece of leek |
1 clove of garlic |
250 grams of broccoli |
200 grams of chicken breast |
100 grams of mangetout |
lemon juice |
2 green peppers |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Cut the peppers into strips and halve the snow peas. Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stem and cut into pieces. Cut the leeks into rings.
3. Dice the chicken breast and sprinkle with pepper.
4. Heat the margarine and brown the chicken in it.
5. Add the vegetables and squeeze out the garlic clove. Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables for about 7 minutes.
6. Season to taste with some lemon juice.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with baked new potatoes.
