Chicory grapefruit salad

Chicory grapefruit salad
With seasonal products

125gr vegetables p.p. & 75gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 red grapefruit
1 tablespoon salad sauce
4 half walnuts
2-3 bushels of chicory
handful of rocket
1/2 tablespoon liquid honey

Preparation

1. Peel the grapefruit thickly and cut the segments from the membranes. Collect the grapefruit juice.
2. Make a dressing from the grapefruit juice, honey and salad dressing.
3. Wash the rocket and drain well.
4. Clean the chicory and cut the bushes into narrow strips.
5. Mix everything together.
6. Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the salad.
