Cucumber in green with tartare

295gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 green pepper |
½ green chilli |
1 teaspoon curry |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 cucumber |
2 spring onions |
2 tablespoons cooking cream |
2 tartlets |
Preparation
1. Wash the cucumber and peel off alternating strips of the skin with a peeler, cheese slicer or knife. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
2. Clean and dice the pepper.
3. Wash the pepper piece, remove the seeds and cut the pepper small.
4. Clean and slice the spring onions into rings.
5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the tartare until tender and loose.
6. Add the pepper, paprika, spring onion rings and curry and stir-fry for a few minutes.
7. Add the diced cucumber and stir-fry for a few minutes.
8. Stir in the cream before serving.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with brown rice.
