Ingredients

4 persons

60g lime (peeled)
135g granny smith apple (peeled)
100g mini cucumbers
40g baby spinach
5g fresh ginger (grated)
400 millilitres water
50g kale

Preparation

  1. Chop the lime, granny smith apple, kale and mini cucumbers.
  2. Put the lime, apples, mini cucumbers, kale, baby spinach, fresh ginger and water in the blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Divide among serving glasses.
  5. Serve immediately.
