| 135g granny smith apple (peeled) |
| 100g mini cucumbers |
| 40g baby spinach |
| 5g fresh ginger (grated) |
| 400 millilitres water |
| 50g kale |
Preparation
- Chop the lime, granny smith apple, kale and mini cucumbers.
- Put the lime, apples, mini cucumbers, kale, baby spinach, fresh ginger and water in the blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide among serving glasses.
- Serve immediately.
