Homemade vegetable spread

Ingredients

1 red pepper |
½ stalk of celery |
1 spring onion |
1 sweet and sour gherkin |
50g cottage cheese |
pepper or paprika |
2 wholemeal slices of bread |
Preparation
Make your own vegetable spread! This homemade vegetable spread with pepper, pickle and cottage cheese is simple to make and oh so tasty.
- Clean the vegetables. Chop the vegetables and pickle in the food processor.
- Mix the cottage cheese with the vegetables.
- Flavour the spread with some pepper or paprika.
- Toast the bread and cut it into strips or triangles. Give them with the spread.
