Ingredients

2 persons

1 red pepper
½ stalk of celery
1 spring onion
1 sweet and sour gherkin
50g cottage cheese
pepper or paprika
2 wholemeal slices of bread

Preparation

Make your own vegetable spread! This homemade vegetable spread with pepper, pickle and cottage cheese is simple to make and oh so tasty.

  1. Clean the vegetables. Chop the vegetables and pickle in the food processor.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the vegetables.
  3. Flavour the spread with some pepper or paprika.
  4. Toast the bread and cut it into strips or triangles. Give them with the spread.
