Radish slices

75gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 bunch of radishes (approx. 8-10 pieces)
100 g low-fat cottage cheese
1 hard-boiled egg
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley or chives
pepper
4 slices toasted wholemeal bread
1/2 onion

Preparation

1. Wash the radishes and cut a slice from the bottom and top. Slice the radishes.
2. Finely chop the piece of onion.
3. Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into pieces.
4. In a bowl, stir the radishes, egg, parsley, onion and freshly ground pepper into the cottage cheese.
5. Divide the mixture over the bread slices and carefully cut them in half at an angle. Garnish with some more finely chopped parsley or chives, if desired. Enjoy!
