Pineapple pan pizza

100gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons apricot jam |
4 slices of pineapple |
curry powder |
soft unsalted margarine |
30+ mature cheese (80g) |
4 slices of wholemeal bread |
Preparation
1. Cut the crusts off the sandwiches.
2. Spread the slices of bread with margarine.
3. Place them face down in a frying pan. Spread the tops with some apricot jam.
4. Shave a few slices of cheese for 4 slices of bread.
4. Place a slice of pineapple and some slices of cheese on each slice of bread. Sprinkle a little curry powder on top.
5. With the lid on, let the pizza get hot over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
