Pineapple parcels with ginger and lime on the bbq

Ingredients

piece of ginger root |
3 slices fresh pineapple |
knife point grated lime peel |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
Preparation
Fruit on the bbq is totally hip this summer! Try these pineapple parcels with ginger and lime for on the bbq. Easy to make and super tasty!
- Peel and grate the ginger root.
- Peel and dice the pineapple slices.
- Mix the grated ginger with some grated lime zest and lime juice and mix into the pineapple.
- Divide the pineapple between 2 pieces of aluminium foil and fold the aluminium foil tightly.
- Heat the packets on a grill pan or on the barbecue for about 5 minutes.
