Indian curry with white cabbage and turkey

230gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 piece (2 cm) of ginger root |
1 small onion |
2 tablespoons of coconut milk |
200 grams of turkey breast |
400 grams of white cabbage |
1 clove of garlic |
1 tablespoon of oil |
½ tablespoon garam masala or curry powder without salt |
Preparation
1. Clean the cabbage and onion and peel the ginger root.
2. Shave or cut the cabbage small and slice the onion into shreds.
3. Dice the turkey breast and sprinkle with pepper.
4. Heat the oil and brown the turkey in it.
5. Fry the onion with the garam massala, the crushed garlic clove and grate the ginger over the pan.
6. Add the strands of cabbage and stir-fry for a few minutes.
7. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
Menu suggestion: Delicious with brown rice.
