Italian-style endive

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 750g endive |
Preparation
Clean the endive and cut the vegetables into strips.
2. Leave the endive with some water in a pan on a low heat to wilt.
3. Place the endive in a colander and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
4. Clean and chop the garlic clove.
5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir in the garlic and endive, until hot.
6. Season the vegetables with a drizzle of lemon juice.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with an omelette and potatoes.
