| 200 grams oat flour |
| 190 millilitres semi-skimmed milk |
| 346.67 grams banana (brown flecked) |
| 2.67 grams baking powder |
| 13.33 millilitres olive oil |
Preparation
- Put the soy drink unsweetened and the banana in the blender. Blend for 1 minute. Then add the baking powder and oat flour to the blender. Blend for another minute until smooth.
- Heat the olive oil in the frying pan over medium-high heat. Add spoonfuls of batter and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
