Pear granola with Migo® Pear

Ingredients
80 g quinoa uncooked |
120 g oatmeal |
50 g sunflower seeds |
50 g pumpkin seeds |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp vanilla flavouring |
1 Migo® pear in small cubes |
2 tbsp applesauce 0% sugar |
1 tbsp water |
2 tbsp sunflower oil |
Preparation
Making your own granola is fun and very tasty! We have been loving this version with Migo® pear lately.
- Put the applesauce, water, sunflower oil and vanilla flavouring in a pan and heat on low heat.
- Mix the quinoa, oatmeal, cinnamon, Migo® pear cubes, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and stir in the applesauce mixture.
- Spread the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes at 120˚C.
- Let cool and store in a sealed jar.
It is also possible to use a different type of pear. Serve this with yoghurt (or a vegetable substitute) and pieces of fresh Migo® pear, see also this recipe.
Perhaps good to mention: the nutritional values listed below are for the entire recipe (total weight: 628 grams). Of course, you won't eat that all at once on your own. At least, we wouldn't recommend it.
