1 Migo® pear
1 apple
500g semi-skimmed yoghurt
6-8 tbsp pear granola (link to recipe: see opposite)

Preparation

This breakfast recipe with yoghurt, Migo® pear and pear granola has everything you want in a breakfast: quick to prepare, simple to make, delicious, nutritious and looks instagram-worthy too!

  1. First, make the pear granola. It's best to make this one in advance, for example on a Sunday afternoon. Then all you have to do in the morning is take the granola out of the cupboard. View the recipe for the pear granola here.

  2. Cut the Migo® pear and apple into cubes.

  3. Fill two 350 - 400 ml jars or cups with layers of granola, pear, apple and yoghurt.
