Smoothie with Kanzi® and beetroot

15gr vegetables p.p. & 120gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
| 2 Kanzi® apples |
| 200g semi-skimmed yoghurt |
| 60g beetroot |
| 100g raspberry from the freezer |
| 100g blueberry from the freezer |
| 4 sprigs of mint |
Preparation
Turn up the bite! This fresh smoothie with Kanzi® apple gets a beautiful colour thanks to the beetroot. Ideal as a snack.
- Cut the Kanzi® apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the apple into chunks.
- Pick the mint leaves.
- Successively put the yoghurt, Kanzi® apple, beetroot, mint, raspberries and blueberries in the blender.
- Blend on the highest setting until smooth.
