15gr vegetables p.p. & 120gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 Kanzi® apples
200g semi-skimmed yoghurt
60g beetroot
100g raspberry from the freezer
100g blueberry from the freezer
4 sprigs of mint

Preparation

Turn up the bite! This fresh smoothie with Kanzi® apple gets a beautiful colour thanks to the beetroot. Ideal as a snack.

  1. Cut the Kanzi® apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the apple into chunks.
  2. Pick the mint leaves.
  3. Successively put the yoghurt, Kanzi® apple, beetroot, mint, raspberries and blueberries in the blender.
  4. Blend on the highest setting until smooth.
