Ingredients

2 Kanzi® apples
250g semi-skimmed yoghurt
1 banana (frozen in slices)
10 dates without seeds
1tl speculaaskruiden

Preparation

The speculaas spices give this smoothie with Kanzi® apple and date a wintry touch. Delicious for in between meals!

  1. Cut the Kanzi® apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the apple into chunks.
  2. Successively put the yoghurt, Kanzi® apple, speculaas spices, dates and banana slices in the blender.
  3. Blend on the highest setting to make a smooth smoothie.
