Ingredients
| 2 Kanzi® apples |
| 250g semi-skimmed yoghurt |
| 1 banana (frozen in slices) |
| 10 dates without seeds |
| 1tl speculaaskruiden |
Preparation
The speculaas spices give this smoothie with Kanzi® apple and date a wintry touch. Delicious for in between meals!
- Cut the Kanzi® apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the apple into chunks.
- Successively put the yoghurt, Kanzi® apple, speculaas spices, dates and banana slices in the blender.
- Blend on the highest setting to make a smooth smoothie.
