Spicy smoothie by Joke Boon

105gr vegetables p.p. & 130gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 handfuls of spinach leaves (approx. 25 g) |
2 (frozen) bananas |
1 ripe avocado |
1 orange squeezed |
Preparation
You can eat this thick creamy smoothie based on fruits and vegetables by Joke Boon very well together with granola or fresh fruit. For this recipe, it is handy to slice and freeze (over) ripe bananas the night before.
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree into a thick creamy 'yoghurt'.
Serving tip: Spoon into a bowl or plate. Sprinkle with granola or fresh fruit, such as blueberries. Blueberries from the freezer are a good alternative out of season.
