Ingredients

1 Migo® pear
thinly sliced
25 g arugula
2 tbsp cranberry compote
70 g fresh goat cheese
4 slices wholemeal bread

Preparation

Pear on your bread? Yes indeed! It's a simple way to add flavour to your sandwich and also helps you get your daily portion of fruit with ease.

  1. Spread 2 slices of bread with a tablespoon of cranberry compote each.

  2. Then top them with slices of Migo® pear, fresh goat cheese and rocket.

  3. Place the other slice of bread on top.
