75 g brown rice rice |
30 g carrot julienne |
50 g sliced cucumber |
30 g thinly sliced radishes |
60 g cooked edamame beans |
1 spring onion in rings |
5 g sesame seeds |
½ tsp yogonnaise |
1 tsp reduced-salt soy sauce |
½ tsp sesame oil |
½ squeezed lime |
Preparation
Poké ( pronounced: pokay ) is a traditional dish from Hawaii that is full of fresh vegetables (and fruit). This version with Migo® Pear can also be prepared beforehand and taken to work or sports, for example.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Mix the dressing with the Migo® pear and spring onion.
- Take all ingredients separately and mix before eating.
