150gr vegetables p.p. & 215gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

1 person

1 diced Migo® pear
75 g brown rice rice
30 g carrot julienne
50 g sliced cucumber
30 g thinly sliced radishes
60 g cooked edamame beans
1 spring onion in rings
5 g sesame seeds
½ tsp yogonnaise
1 tsp reduced-salt soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
½ squeezed lime

Preparation

Poké ( pronounced: pokay ) is a traditional dish from Hawaii that is full of fresh vegetables (and fruit). This version with Migo® Pear can also be prepared beforehand and taken to work or sports, for example.

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

  3. Mix the dressing with the Migo® pear and spring onion.

  4. Take all ingredients separately and mix before eating.
