Migo® Pear Salad

100gr vegetables p.p. & 240gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients

| 1 Migo® pear |
| 50 g oak leaf salad |
| ½ red onion in thin rings |
| 25 g white grapes |
| 25 g fresh goat cheese |
| 20 g unsalted walnuts |
| 1 tbsp olive oil |
| ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar |
| freshly ground pepper |
Preparation
A lunch salad to lick your fingers with Migo® pear, oak leaf lettuce, white grapes, red onion and fresh goat cheese. Ideal for taking to work!
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Cut the Migo® pear into cubes.
- Put all ingredients loose in a lunch box and put the dressing in a separate container.
Tip: serve with a slice of wholemeal bread.
