Pointed cabbage salad with balsamic dressing

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400 grams of pointed cabbage |
1 tablespoon oil |
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 slices of breakfast bacon |
Preparation
1. Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until brown and crispy.
2. Remove the bacon from the pan and stir the vinegar into the remaining caking. Make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of water, the oil and some pepper.
3. Clean the cabbage and cut it into narrow strips. Spoon the dressing through the cabbage and crumble the bacon over it.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried chicken breast and potatoes.
