Pointed cabbage salad with cheese dressing

175gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 25 grams of sultanas |
| 1 tablespoon of vinegar |
| 1 small pointed cabbage |
| 1 tablespoon of oil |
| 20 grams of grated mature 30+ cheese with less salt |
| 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup |
Preparation
1. Wash the sultanas and soak them in lukewarm water.
2. Remove unsightly leaves from the pointed cabbage. Wash the cabbage and cut it into narrow strips.
3. Whisk a dressing from the vinegar, pepper, tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of water and the oil.
4. Stir in the grated cheese.
5. Mix the dressing and drained sultanas into the pointed cabbage.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with omelette strips and potatoes.
