Stir-fried spicy pointed cabbage

280gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 small pointed cabbage (approx. 500g) |
1 teaspoon mild paprika |
1 small onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon tomato puree |
½ red pepper |
Preparation
1. Clean the cabbage and cut it into narrow strips.
2. Clean the onion and cut it small.
3. Cut the piece of pepper small.
4. Heat the oil and fry the onion until translucent. Fry the tomato puree and chilli pepper for a few minutes.
5. Stir-fry the cabbage for a few minutes.
6. Add the paprika and let the cabbage cook for a few more minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with chilli beans and potatoes.
