Stir-fried pointed cabbage with sesame seeds

205gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
1 small pointed cabbage (approx. 350g) |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup |
½ red pepper |
1 small onion |
Preparation
1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Let the sesame seeds cool on a plate.
2. Cut the pointed cabbage in half lengthwise. Wash the halves. Cut the halves into narrow strips.
3. Peel and chop the onion small.
4. Wash the red pepper. Cut the pepper open and remove the seeds and seeds, as this will stop the pepper from tasting hot. Cut the pepper into strips.
5. Heat the oil and fry the onion glazed in it.
6. Stir-fry the cabbage and pepper for a few minutes.
7. Add the tomato ketchup and ½ dl water and cook the cabbage with the lid on for a few more minutes.
8. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
