Radicchio salad with walnuts

Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon of sultanas |
1 head of radicchio |
1 bush of chicory |
1 tablespoon of olive oil |
2 teaspoons of honey |
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar |
250 grams of peeled walnuts |
Preparation
This light, quick salad of radicchio with chicory sultanas balsamic and walnuts is delicious as an appetiser.
- Wash the sultanas and soak them in some water.
- Clean the radicchio and chicory and cut the vegetables into narrow strips.
- Divide between 2 plates and sprinkle the sultanas on top.
- Whisk a dressing from the oil, 1 tablespoon of water, honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
