Retich with soy sauce and sesame

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400g rettich |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil |
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
pinch of ground dry chilli |
pinch of cayenne pepper |
Preparation
This recipe for rettich with soy sauce and sesame is nice and simple to prepare but most of all very tasty. Just let the mixture of soy sauce, sesame seeds, chilli and cayenne pepper soak in and enjoy!
1. Peel and peel the lettuce and cut into slices, chips or cubes.
2. Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, ground chilli and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
3. Leave the mixture at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
