Radish with spring onion and soy sauce

140gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 bunches of radishes |
2 spring onions |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
fresh coriander (approx. 2 tablespoons) |
1 - 2 cm fresh ginger root |
Preparation
1. Clean the radishes, leave them whole or halve them.
Clean the spring onions and cut them into diagonal pieces of about 3 cm.
Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
4. Peel (with the back of a teaspoon) and finely grate the ginger root.
5. Heat a wok or wide frying pan. Add the oil. Stir-fry the radish with the spring onion, ginger and garlic for 3 minutes.
6. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
7. Before serving, garnish with finely chopped coriander. Enjoy your meal!
