Sicilian spinach

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon pine nuts |
2 tablespoons sultanas |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 kg spinach |
Preparation
1. Wash the sultanas and soak them in warm water.
2. Wash the spinach.
3. Allow the spinach to wilt with the water added. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
4. Clean the garlic and slice the clove.
5. Heat the oil and fry the pine nuts and garlic until soft.
6. Add the spinach and drained sultanas.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with stir-fried tofu and mashed potatoes.
