Spicy Chinese cabbage with soy sauce

390gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 teaspoon sambal oelek
1 tablespoon soy sauce manis
1 tablespoon oil
1 Chinese cabbage

Preparation

1. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut the cabbage into strips.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and briefly fry the sambal in it. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry on high heat for a few minutes until the vegetables have shrunk.
3. Season the Chinese cabbage with soy sauce.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with omelette strips and brown rice.
