Fresh salad with Chinese cabbage and tangerine

200gr vegetables p.p. & 60gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400 g sliced Chinese cabbage |
1 tablespoon vinegar or herb vinegar |
pepper |
1 tablespoon low-fat yoghurt |
2 mandarins |
4 tablespoons grated 30-plus cheese |
3 tablespoons salad dressing without oil |
Preparation
1. Peel the tangerines and loosen the segments.
2. In a bowl, mix the salad dressing, yoghurt, vinegar and freshly ground pepper. Spoon in the cabbage, cheese and tangerine. Enjoy!
Tip: Serve the salad in a whole-wheat wrap.
