Chinese cabbage with chicken

350gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 | onion |
2 tablespoons | oil |
200 grams | chicken breast |
600grams | Chinese cabbage |
Preparation
1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Wash and cut the cabbage into strips.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry the onion for a few minutes. Add the chicken fillet, curry powder, ginger powder and chilli powder. Stir-fry the chicken breast for a few minutes. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage is just crunchy. Enjoy your meal!
Tip: Serve with brown rice or potatoes.
