Chinese cabbage salad with pear

200gr vegetables p.p. & 90gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 tablespoon serundeng |
1 pear |
200 grams Chinese cabbage |
½ cucumber |
1 tablespoon oil |
Preparation
1. Make a sauce of the lemon juice, oil, 1 tablespoon water, honey and some pepper.
2. Peel the piece of cucumber and cut it lengthwise. Remove the soft part with a spoon. Cut the cucumber halves into narrow curves.
3. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into narrow strips.
4. Peel and dice the pear.
5. Spoon the sauce through the pear.
6. Mix everything together lightly. Sprinkle with the serundeng.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with an unbreaded pork schnitzel and potatoes.
