2 plantains |
2 tablespoons chilli sauce |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Preparation
Also try plantains on the bbq! With a nice spicy bite thanks to the chilli sauce.
- Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally into thick slices.
- Mix the chilli sauce with the lime juice.
- Place the banana slices in a barbecue dish and brush the pieces with the chilli mixture.
- Cook the banana on the barbecue for 5-10 minutes until hot and light brown.
