Stir-fried beef steak with snow peas

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 orange |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 dl stock with less salt |
200g steak |
400g mangetout |
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder |
Preparation
1. Clean the snow peas.
2. Scrub the orange clean and grate some of the zest. Squeeze the orange.
3. Cut the meat into narrow strips and sprinkle with pepper.
4. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the meat on high heat until brown.
5. Spoon the meat out of the pan.
6. Add the snow peas with some grated orange zest, the orange juice, the ginger powder and the stock and cook for 4-5 minutes.
7. Spoon in the meat and heat through well.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with (small) potatoes.
